Monorail Paint Systems
In the monorail design, interchangeable fixtures and carriers can accommodate parts of specific sizes and shapes, families of parts, or a variety of assorted parts. Monorail type washers are readily integrated into existing overhead conveyors and are often installed in enclosed and split top washer designs. PSS offers in-line, u-shaped, as well as many other system configurations to meet each customer’s specific needs.
Automated Paint Systems

Our control systems range from a simple on/off switch to a fully programmable network of PLC’s, operator interfaces and custom software. Batch Ovens and Paint Booths
Gas-fired and electrically heated ovens from PSS provide temperatures to 450°F (232°C). With workspaces from 96 to 768 cubic feet, the ovens have adjustable air supply ducts to suit work load requirements. Standard features include digital-indicating temperature control, belt-driven air recirculation fan, welded steel construction, and aluminized steel interior.
